About the role
The Marketing Executive – Italy is a marketing execution support role focused on supporting market-facing marketing activity across Italy. The role contributes to the delivery and coordination of agreed marketing and business plans, including campaign delivery, content activation, event execution, digital marketing activity, stakeholder coordination, PR and communications support, budget discipline and performance tracking.
This role supports agreed marketing plans, helps coordinate stakeholder engagement and contributes to campaign and local market activation in line with established marketing and business priorities. It is commercially aware, market-facing and aligned with the Europe Marketing operating model, with a clear development path towards a future Marketing Manager position
The team
Europe Marketing operates a market-led model aligned to local commercial priorities, audience needs and growth opportunities. The Marketing Executive – Italy works closely with Marketing Managers, Client Group, Sales, Client Services, Country Management and relevant business stakeholders across the region to support focused, relevant and commercially effective marketing activity across the scope.
The role collaborates with Centres of Expertise across Content, Digital, Events, Social Media, PR, Brand, Marketing Operations and Analytics, supporting execution tasks and helping ensure that local market activity is delivered consistently, accurately and on time. It also supports coordination with PR & Communications colleagues, the European PR Manager and relevant agency partners where local content, event, campaign or messaging input is required.
