Role Overview
This position will see you taking on a leadership role in developing and executing the commercial strategy across the assigned distributor network within the EMEA region. You will focus on driving Alpinestars’ sales growth, strengthening the brands’ positioning,
whilst also ensuring market development and maximising business opportunities across the Mountain Bike & Off Road Motorcycle categories.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the EMEA distributor network by building strong relationships, conducting business reviews, and driving sales, profitability, and market share growth.
• Lead forecasting and inventory planning to ensure accurate demand projections, optimal stock levels, and high product availability across all distributor markets.
• Drive commercial performance and seasonal sales programs by coordinating pre-book orders, monitoring sales targets, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Support product category growth through successful launches, assortment planning, market analysis, and providing regional feedback on Off-Road Moto and MTB product performance.
