Specifically, will be in charge of: Legal due diligence activities;Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases;Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions,

corporate reorganizations, etc.);Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters;Doctrinal and case law research activities.
