Overview Join BYD to design and implement after-sales IT solutions that support dealer and frontline teams. You will analyze processes, integrate systems (DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, TIS), and drive data-driven decision support. You’ll train staff, improve reporting, and push continuous improvements in the NEV after-sales domain. This role places you at the intersection of technology and business, contributing to BYD’s zero-emission mission. You will collaborate across departments to deliver timely, impactful solutions.

Responsabilità
- Analyze after-sales business processes and gather requirements from frontline teams and dealers to design solutions
- Participate in the implementation and integration of DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, TIS, and related systems
- Develop and maintain after-sales reporting systems to enhance visibility and decision-making
- Conduct system operation training and develop user materials for staff and dealers
- Propose and implement innovative system solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on NEV tech trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years in system support, software development, or digital transformation in after-sales or automotive industry
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#, and experience with system integration, SQL databases
- Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and other integration technologies
- Strong project management and ability to deliver cross-department projects
- Excellent communication with business teams, technical teams, and external vendors
