Overview In this role you will lead outbound, end-to-end sales for the Italian market, building your own pipeline from scratch. You’ll design account-based strategies with SDRs and marketing, driving multi-stakeholder deals within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You translate client pain points into Awin solutions, deliver compelling presentations, and close complex agreements within our pricing framework. You will forecast with precision, collaborate across Legal, Finance and Product, and stay close to market dynamics to inform the wider org. This is a hands-on, high-ambition opportunity to shape growth in a dynamic partner ecosystem.

Responsabilità
- Generate and manage an autonomous outbound pipeline in Italy
- Design and execute account-based outbound strategies with SDRs/marketing
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Conduct consultative discovery mapping client pain to Awin products
- Build value-led narratives and lead presentations, demos, and proposals
- Negotiate and close complex deals with favourable terms
- Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and quarterly forecasts
- Collaborate with Client Services, Product, Legal and Finance to launch value-delivering programs
- Monitor Italian e-commerce/affiliate landscape and provide market insights
- Take ownership, escalate with proposed solutions, and meet/exceed KPIs
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally SaaS/MarTech/AdTech/e-commerce with quota history
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Economics/Communications or related field preferred
- Proven hunter with self-sourced pipeline and outbound closing experience
- Experience closing multi-stakeholder deals in the Italian market
- Experience selling to Italian e-commerce advertisers and navigating local processes
