Overview In this role you drive service proposal activities by defining costs and delivery timelines for spare parts, shaping competitive offers, and ensuring a smooth handover to execution. You will align customer requirements with project plans through close collaboration with engineering and supply chain. The position involves cross-border coordination and on-site presence, contributing to customer satisfaction and plant performance. This is a chance to influence service engagements at Danieli Centro Tube and work with a global network.

Responsabilità
- Independently develop cost estimates and commercial offers for spare parts and equipment
- Review customer drawings/specifications to identify gaps and propose technical improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to define effective solutions and manage technical risks
- Liaise with Workshops, global Supply Chain, and international plant operations
- Prepare and interpret technical documentation and specifications for proposals
- Support transition from proposal to project execution to ensure timely delivery
Requisiti fondamentali
- Independent proposal development for spare parts and equipment
- Customer request analysis from drawings and specs
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain
- Global interface with workshops and international operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CAD tools (AutoCAD)
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical/hydraulic drawings and draft specifications
- Italian and English language skills (minimum B2)
- Knowledge of seamless/welded pipe production and maintenance is a plus
- Experience in cost estimation of complete machines or sub-assemblies (revamping area)
