Responsabilità
- Lead and align the F&B; leadership team with the brand's service strategy
- Oversee Restaurants/Bars, In Room Dining and Banquets/Events
- Develop property-wide strategies to meet brand and guest needs and drive ROI
- Manage F&B; budget, monitor revenue against targets, and optimize profit margins
- Recommend CAPEX for equipment and renovations in line with brand strategy
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Coach and develop team members, identify development needs, and succession planning
- Monitor guest feedback, KPIs and quality metrics to drive service excellence
- Communicate with executives and peers on progress and issues
- Ensure cash and liquor controls policies are understood and followed
- Drive service initiatives and implement performance improvement plans
Requisiti fondamentali
- Regular work permit
- Fluent Italian and English; French a plus
- Experience in 5* luxury hotels; familiarity with Marriott standards and policies
- Previous managerial experience with team leadership, motivation, and development
