Overview Join Holidu's Milan Sales & Account Management team through our talent pool for future opportunities. In this role you will engage in sales or account management activities, building strong relationships with hosts and partners while driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support onboarding, optimization, and events to grow Holidu’s presence in the region. Responsabilità
- Identify and reach out to vacation rental owners (primarily via cold calling)
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving targets
- Travel within your region to meet partners and gain market insights
- Contribute to local events and initiatives to grow Holidu’s presence




- Be the main point of contact for hosts using our platform in Italy Northwest
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth go-live process
- Advise hosts on optimizing performance and growing their business
- Build long-term relationships through regular check-ins and business reviews
- Analyze account performance and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Content, etc.) to enhance partner experience
- Organize networking and community events for hosts

Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong interest in Sales and/or Account Management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, hands-on and target-driven mindset
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
- Near-native Italian and fluent English
- Driver’s license
- Experience in sales, account management, tourism, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
