Overview In this role you contribute to the design and evolution of 4G/5G networks within a highly innovative Reply environment. You will work on RAN architectures, Core Networks, and MVNO infrastructures, supporting the full network lifecycle from design to optimization. You’ll monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and help drive continuous improvements for mobile services. Responsabilità
- Design, validate and optimize mobile network infrastructures (RAN, Core) and MVNO ecosystems
- Oversee lifecycle activities from requirements analysis to implementation and validation
- Monitor network performance, analyze KPIs and resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot and optimize across multiple network domains and elements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate complex concepts
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong interest in mobile networks
- Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies; understanding of RAN and Core architectures
- Experience with OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager, and telco monitoring platforms
- Experience or interest in network design, validation, performance KPI analysis, testing, and interoperability validation
