We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and detail-oriented Seasonal Shop Sales Assistant to join our Milan team during the autumn and holiday season.
The Role
As a V.VM Milan Shop Sales Assistant, you will represent the brand and create a memorable experience for every customer who enters our boutique.
Milan is an international city of design, fashion and creativity. We are looking for someone who understands contemporary aesthetics, enjoys engaging with a diverse clientele and can communicate the story and values behind each V.VM collection.
You will help customers discover our products, support daily store operations and contribute to creating a beautiful and inspiring retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a personalised shopping experience
- Share the stories behind V.VM products, materials and craftsmanship
- Guide customers through collections including fragrance, ceramics, linens and home objects
- Support gifting conversations and holiday shopping
- Maintain beautiful product displays and store presentation
- Manage transactions and payments
- Support stock organisation and replenishment
- Prepare gift wrapping and special orders
- Assist with daily store operations
- Support seasonal launches and events
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about interiors, design, fashion and contemporary Italian culture
- Warm, confident and comfortable speaking with international customers
