Saj Electric is seeking a capable pre-sales and after-sales technical support specialist in Italy. You will assist Sales Managers, distributors, installers and EPCs with product selection, configuration and technical solutions, while also troubleshooting installations and software issues.
You will build strong relationships with key customers, support product launches, and relay market feedback to Product and R&D; teams to improve offerings. Travel within Italy and Europe is expected.
