Responsabilità
- Support the design team through creative research and development for seasonal collections
- Translate concepts into sketches and detailed design proposals
- Produce technical drawings detailing shapes, constructions, stitching, patterns, and graphics
- Create and maintain technical specification sheets for construction, materials, techniques, color ranges, and accessories
- Liaise with product development and cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and consistency across development stages
- Provide support during fittings, styling sessions, photoshoots, and other project activities
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement and evolution of product collections
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong technical expertise in leatherwear (materials, construction, finishing)
- Degree in Fashion Design
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Proven ability to develop precise, detailed technical drawings with attention to stitching and construction
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for design and documentation
- Excellent freehand sketching skills
- Strong sensitivity to quality, craftsmanship, and contemporary design research
- Solid understanding of accessory and product construction with meticulous attention to detail
- Creative, flexible, open-minded, able to work across multiple product categories
- Prior experience in a comparable design role is required
