Overview In this role you will define and lead the technology strategy for a high-potential AI and digital venture platform. You will shape the architecture, roadmap and MVP-driven product development to scale innovative solutions. You will build and guide cross-functional tech teams and partner with founders and investors to create technology-led value. Responsabilità
- Define the overall technology vision, roadmap and architecture for the platform and portfolio initiatives
- Lead the development of software products, AI-enabled solutions and digital platforms from concept to deployment
- Translate business opportunities into concrete technology roadmaps
- Oversee MVPs, prototypes and scalable products ensuring quality, security,
reliability and speed
- Build and lead internal and external technology teams and partnerships
- Evaluate technologies, frameworks, tools and vendors to support scalability
- Ensure governance in cybersecurity, data management, privacy, infrastructure and development standards
- Support technical due diligence and make-or-buy decisions for new initiatives or investments
- Collaborate with founders, investment professionals and external partners to identify technology-driven value opportunities
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, execution and continuous improvement
- Represent the technology vision to investors and stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant experience in technology leadership roles (CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering or similar)
- Strong background in software engineering, digital product development and scalable architecture
- Proven experience building or scal
