Position Title: Payroll Lead
Location: Vimercate or Monvalle - Italy
Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office required

The Job:
As the Italy Payroll Lead, you'll be part of our Payroll team. You'll get to:
- Oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Support the internal payroll team and resolve payroll queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders.
- Manage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and employee data updates.




- Support post-payroll activities, reporting, controls, and compliance-related tasks.
- Partner with the EMEA Payroll Manager, HR, and project teams on payroll updates, process improvements, and key initiatives.
- Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and payroll-related projects.

The Person:

- Strong experience and knowledge of Italian payroll processes and practices.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Experience working with payroll providers; knowledge of ADP Celergo is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- The ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
