How you'll make an impact As a Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in building reliable, secure, and scalable software that supports our customers and advances our product strategy. You will support our organisational goals by: Helping improve delivery efficiency through clean, well‐tested, maintainable code Strengthening platform reliability by participating in structured debugging and production issue resolution Enhancing customer value by contributing features that are stable, secure, and aligned with user needs Supporting innovation through curiosity, experimentation, and a continuous-learning mindset Your contributions will empower other engineering teams, product partners,
and customer‐facing teams by enabling smooth deployments, reducing technical issues, and improving long‐term maintainability.

Deliver clean, readable, maintainable code that aligns with established team conventions and coding standards Implement features and bug fixes using core team technologies, supported by peers and documented patterns Write and maintain unit, integration, and end‐to‐end tests to ensure reliability and prevent regressions Participate in resolving production issues by following structured debugging, testing, and documentation practices Use logs, breakpoints, and debugging tools to investigate and resolve straightforward coding issues Follow secure coding practices and elevate potential vulnerabilities or risks to senior enginee
