Overview
As Software Analyst and Project Specialist, you design application solutions aligned with user needs, ensuring functional capabilities, information flows, and supporting business processes. You will work with internal customers to elicit requirements, map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, and plan activities within time and cost constraints. You'll monitor development progress, guide releases, and support UAT and transition activities to minimize business disruption. This role blends analysis, coordination, and hands-on involvement to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
Responsabilità
- Elicit user needs and define requirements with feasibility assessment
- Support functional requirements and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE TO-BE)
- Plan activities and timelines to present solutions within time/cost standards
- Monitor development progress and contribute hands-on when needed
- Lead or participate in UAT to ensure alignment with requirements
- Coordinate release activities with ICT functions to minimize business disruption
- Assist in early release phases and coordinate debugging and fix development
- Document activities and prepare end-user training materials
- Act as product contact and coordinate resolution of critical issues
- Provide first-level support and suggest improvements
- Promote learning, digital adoption, and innovation within the role
- Encourage and develop use of digital technologies in processes and stakeholder relations
- Promote sustainable development practices across processes and organizational culture
