Technical Operations Manager We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to support the industrialization, operational planning and delivery of complex technology-driven systems.
Role mission Support the transition of complex integrated systems from advanced prototypes to repeatable, reliable and economically sustainable delivery.
What you will do Coordinate the operational planning and delivery of complex technology-driven projects.
Support the transition from prototype to repeatable production and delivery.
Coordinate suppliers, procurement activities and critical lead times.
Maintain product and system configurations, technical documentation and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Plan and coordinate system assembly, integration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and customer installation.
Monitor project schedules, costs and operational risks, escalating issues when required.
Collaborate with Engineering, Software, Product and Commercial teams to ensure successful project execution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and delivery standards.
What we are looking for Around 5–10 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: robotics, advanced prototypes, hardware/software integration, operations, industrialization, technical project delivery or manufacturing engineering within industrial or technology-driven environments.
Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and software-based systems, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
