Leverage AI, social media, and other tools to expand your client portfolio and secure strategic partnerships. Use market insights and trends to drive sales. Effectively utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, extract key insights, and create bespoke reports, leveraging deep system knowledge to access and analyse the data.
Develop comprehensive sales plans demonstrating strong regional industry knowledge. Record all customer activity accurately in our CRM. Maintain a realistic and reliable sales pipeline.
Leverage client relationships to cross‐sell shows into new regions and industries, expanding portfolio reach and revenue.
Act as a strategic partner by providing customer feedback and market intelligence to internal show teams. 5% Sales skill development: Contribute to team training topics. Model excellent behaviour, skills, and attitude, setting the standard for the team.
