Senior Product Owner – IoTin one of our opportunities in theIoT & Connected Devicesindustry inItaly (Milan area)?Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for IoT-connected solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Define, prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog, writing clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria ready for development teams.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and connectivity/hardware experts, ensuring shared understanding across all parties.
Make decisive product trade-offs by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities across the IoT ecosystem (devices, firmware, cloud, mobile).
Monitor product performance post-release, collecting data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement iterations.
Contribute to the definition of connectivity standards,
device behaviour specifications, and integration requirements with backend and mobile platforms.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent experience.
At least 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a proven track record in IoT, connected devices or embedded systems environments.
Background in consumer electronics , smart home or industrial IoT.
Previous experience in connectivity platform migrations or large-scale IoT programme rollouts.
Strong hands-on experience with agile delivery frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira); ability to write development-ready stories bridging hardware behaviour, firmware, cloud services and mobile applications.
Italian fluency required for daily collaboration in Italy.
Experience with MQTT, device management platforms, or edge computing.
Exposure to mobile app product ownership (iOS/Android
