As a Back Office Assistant, and a valued member of the Firenze Calzaiuoli team,
you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Support Store Managers in planning store team schedules and monitoring discrepancies in the company management system
- Plan and manage the vacation calendar and training schedule
- Organize recruitment for new hires: CV screening and interview scheduling
- Onboard new joiners: plan onboarding activities, prepare documentation, and manage filing/archiving
- Manage supplies (through internal systems and external vendors); familiarity with SAP
- Ensure compliance with company procedures (policies and safety regulations)
- Continuously improving efficiency and ensuring proper maintenance of operations related to warehouse audits
- Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
