Position Details

- Location: Remote (preferably based in Italy but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
As Camps Business Developer you will drive the growth of ES Camps across the Italian market by developing strong partnerships with educational agencies, schools and other key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Italian market.
- Identifying and securing new education agents, schools and strategic partners to grow student enrolments and revenue.
- Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and initial enquiry through to quotations, negotiation, contracting and programme confirmation.
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline to achieve agreed revenue, enrolment, occupancy and profit-margin targets.
- Developing long-term relationships with key accounts, conducting regular business reviews and increasing repeat and additional business.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of ES Camps programmes, destinations and services to provide partners with tailored, consultative solutions.
