We are looking for a dynamic, commercially savvy and technically minded Business Development Manager (BDM) who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and knows how to turn opportunities into success.
Where you can be basedNordics/Baltics, DACH/EMO, Iberia, Italy, or France (hybrid or fully remote depending on location)What you'll be doingAs a BDM at Omron, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—owning the full customer acquisition journey and making a tangible impact on the business.
You will:
Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across European marketsBuild strong,
trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersDrive opportunities from prospecting through to conversionCollaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives to maximize outreach impactRepresenting Omron at industry events, exhibitions and customer engagements Nurture leads and develops long-term customer partnershipsNavigate complex organizations and supply chains to influence and win at every levelYou will take full ownership of the design-in / design-win cycle, making you a key driver of our future success.
