As Legal Counsel for Italy you will be working closely with the other Legal Counsels in Europe and Mauritius to support the SD Worx business on a wide range of legal matters. You will report to our Director Legal Business Partners.
Our legal team provides proactive and practical legal support and advises the business of the SD Worx group on a wide range of legal questions, with a focus on commercial law,
contract law and IT law. You will also partner with internal and external stakeholders to help implement strategic projects across the group. This allows you to have an impact on the growing business of SD Worx.
You will become part of a dynamic, multinational legal team. Our current corporate legal team works from Belgium (HQ), Germany, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Mauritius, United Kingdom and Ireland and consists of 22 legal counsels in different expert areas.
Which key responsibilities will you have?
- Provide legal advice to the internal stakeholders of our Italian business in a variety of legal matters (e.g. ad-hoc question, supporting in projects, etc).
- Advise management on legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies to support business objectives.
