Responsabilità
- Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and define solution requirements
- Build and implement structured account strategies
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage offer cycles
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations
- Conduct negotiations and close deals
- Oversee execution and ensure proper solution delivery
- Track pipeline progress and update CRM records
- Participate in deal reviews and performance analysis
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Enable and support channel partners in business development
- Ensure adherence to sales procedures and administrative tasks
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Minimum 5 years in technical sales, preferably OEM or industrial
- Strong consultative selling skills with complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Results-driven with focus on customer value creation
- Fluency in Italian and English
