Your role:
- Provide local customers with technical explanation covering bus structure, working principles, fault diagnosis and maintenance procedures.
- Communicate with Spanish‑speaking customers, provide targeted technical solutions and answer technical inquiries.
- Attend internal technical upskilling courses and obtain relevant qualifications including PES electrician certification.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in bus or heavy‑duty vehicle repair, solid understanding of vehicle technical principles.
- Fluent Spanish (mandatory); English or Chinese is highly preferred.
- PES electrician certification is an advantage.
