SumUp in Milan is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to turn warm leads into customers and ensure they are activated successfully. You’ll own the customer journey from first contact to close, use a consultative approach to understand merchant needs, and collaborate with Acquisition, Onboarding and Operations to deliver a smooth activation.
Fluency in Italian and English, a track record in sales or account management, and comfort with CRM tools including Salesforce are required.
