Our production site in Carate Brianza is seeking a Junior Administrator. The selected candidate will join the AFC team, reporting directly to the CFO and the Board.
Your Responsibilities
- Accounting entries using ERP systems
- Document management for active flow
- Tracking warranty, maintenance, and service schedules
- Registration on supplier accreditation portals
- Document management for supplier accreditation
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Management of reporting for grants and funding programs
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or AFM diploma
- At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role
- English proficiency (minimum level B1)
- Good command of Excel; experience with ERP MAGO is preferred
