- Account Management:
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and customised solutions.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within current accounts.
- New Account Development:
- Identify and prospect potential new clients in the physiotherapy sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for opening new accounts.
- Perform product presentations and technical demonstrations for potential customers.
- Collaboration and Coordination :
- Work closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies.
- Take part in industry fairs and events to promote the company's brand and products.
- Conduct sales reports and market analysis to report on progress and trends in the sector.
The SAM will work in this specific geographical area: Lombardia, Pietmonte, Toscana.
- At least five years of relevant commercial experience, ideally in the medical equipment or related products sector. We are open to candidate who come from different sector.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets.
- High availability to travel as needed to fulfil job responsibilities.
- Sales techniques
- Mastery of the office suite / ERP / CRM
- A B2 level of English is required.
