In addition, the analysis of cause chain reactions is required. Be part of the team: You are part of a cross functional engineering team and take responsibility for internal activities or work packages in design projects.Networking: Beside the coordination of all design and simulation tasks the close cooperation with project management and technology development is a crucial key-factor for success.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you?Education:
Master of Science or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalentLanguages: Fluent English (B2 as minimum level), German as a plus.Software Skills: Proficient coder. Experience with MATLAB/Python and Finite Element Simulation tools required. Additional Simulink skills and experience with AI methods is preferred. Working style: autonomous self-organized working in a complex development environment. Structured concept development in the area of simulations and algorithms. Excellent presentation skills.Experience and Know-How: Specialist for MEMS design and model development for inertial MEMS sensors (FEM, Matlab, etc.) with at least 3-5 years of experience. Working in cross-functional teams. (ASIC, package, etc.) Experience designing and conducting lab experiments.Additional InformationIn line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range 50.000 - 60.000 for a 40-hour work week. The remuneration package also includes:An individual performance-related bonusAdditional benefits. The salary range corresponds to the specified job grade and may vary depending on the candidate’s level of experience.
