We are looking for a Junior Architect (M/F/d) to join our dynamic team in Milan and contribute to the design and execution of innovative Limehome projects! As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and project managers to develop creative solutions that meet Limehome needs while adhering to industry standards and regulations. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about architecture & design, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include being responsible for the preparation of the business case, creating new layout and plans, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. **How you'll be hosting with heart**: - You will develop architectural designs and concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans using design softwares
- You will collaborate with senior architects and project managers on project planning, as well as participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress
- You will support the preparation of presentations and client proposals
- You will conduct research on building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance with building codes, project timelines and budget at all times
- You communicate with lead designers and project manager on the progress of assingments according to the established project schedule and work plan
- You will prepare demos, memos and reports using Microsoft Office and Google tools **What you need to shoot for the stars**: - You have completed studies in Architecture
- You have strong understanding of architectural principles and working knowledge of Italian building codes and standards
- You have proficient knowledge in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop and Excel. Rhino is a plus
- You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar setting. Previous experience in hospitality is a plus!
- You are fluent in Italian and English.
- You are an independent, organized person who is not afraid to take on responsibility, but are also a team player
- You have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- You are structured and have no problems setting priorities
- You have an eye for detail and a creative mindset
