ppThis is a hybrid or full remote position, with our headquarters based in Rome, Italy. /p h3The role /h3 pWe are looking for a Google Ads Specialist (a background in the mobile VAS industry will be a plus). He/She will be responsible for managing, optimizing and reporting mobile performance campaigns on Google Ads (display) across more than 10 different markets. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be expected to thrive in building, maintaining and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and have an experimental and methodological approach. The position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance and results-oriented problem solving. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate, develop and manage from scratch PPC campaigns on Google Ads (display) in order to meet our business goals /li liIdentify new solutions to drive growth/performance /li liOptimize accounts towards target, management of roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery /li liManage traffic,
bid management and optimization of multi-market PPC campaigns to agreed profitability targets /li liAddress and escalate campaign performance issues /li liAnalyzing campaign results and adjusting strategy and budgets accordingly /li liProducing weekly and monthly sales reports /li /ul h3Experience requirements /h3 ul li+3 years’ experience managing high-volume, high-budget performance marketing campaigns on Programmatic and Biddable Platforms, and optimizing for KPIs, like CPA and ROAS /li liDeep knowledge of Google Ads Platform; DV360 and other Programmatic Platforms is a plus /li liExperience and knowledge regarding mobile content subscription/VAS Industry is preferred /li liStrong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving is a must for this role.
