- Acting as the face of Oriana Homel, creating an exceptional first impression for guests, visitors,



and business partners
- Managing efficient and seamless check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling guest requests promptly and professionally, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their stay
- Escorting guests to their apartments and providing a detailed overview of features and services
- Managing Front Office administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts, billing, credit card processing, and cash handling **Requirements**: - Fluency in English (C1 level) is required
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
