Growth Analytics & Automation Specialist

We're hiring a Growth Analytics & Automation Specialist to build the data backbone of our digital businesses.
We create, launch, and scale B2C & B2B products through performance marketing and we're ready to level up how we use data and automation to drive decisions. We're not looking for someone who just builds dashboards. We want someone who owns the data end-to-end and constantly asks: What's happening? Why? What do we do about it? and, whenever possible, how do we automate it?
What You'll Do
- Track and analyze performance across products, campaigns, funnels, and checkouts
- Own KPIs like CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, LTV, retention, and churn
- Audit and fix tracking/attribution issues across ad platforms, CRM, checkout, and payment processors
- Build dashboards and alerting systems for management and performance teams
- Investigate anomalies and find root causes, not just symptoms
- Work directly with developers to improve tracking and data flow
- Spot manual,
repetitive work and help automate it from insight to action
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4/GTM
- SQL and solid data analysis skills
- Experience building dashboards and BI reporting
- A real technical understanding of how data is generated, collected, and stored
- Curiosity, sharp reasoning, and the ability to dig into unfamiliar systems fast
Nice to have: Python, server-side tracking, Meta CAPI, BigQuery/data warehouse, webhooks, automation tools, experimentation & anomaly detection.
