MISSION The Visual Design Assitant through agency provides operational support to the Visual Design Specialist in the development, production and implementation of in-store animation materials, communication tools and digital content across the Sephora store network.

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In-Store Animation Materials

- Coordinate with the European teams to receive creative assets for the local production of trade marketing materials, particularly for exclusive brands.
- Translate and adapt copy and creative guidelines to prepare clear briefs for external agencies.
- Coordinate agencies in the graphic adaptation and production-ready execution of international creative assets.
- Prepare distribution plans to allocate materials across the store network.
- Coordinate agencies and suppliers throughout the printing and production process.
- Liaise with Supply Chain to manage deliveries to the warehouse and subsequent distribution to stores.
- Create and manage purchase orders through Corefa.

Operational Support to the Visual Design Specialist
- Prepare and update the Animation Book.
- Support the preparation of presentations for Operational Committee meetings.
- Provide operational support to stores, including the management of missing or replacement materials.
- Maintain and update the mapping of animation objectives in collaboration with the Category team.

In-Store Communication
- Prepare agency briefs for the development and adaptation of promotional and institutional in-store communication materials.
- Support the development and implementation of communication related to Sephora services.





Digital Screen Content
- Manage and schedule institutional digital content across in-store screens.
- Ensure content is correctly planned, updated and implemented according to the communication calendar.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- University degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Design or a related field.
- Previous experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, jeweler, retail, branding or design environments is considered a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.
- Results-oriented mindset, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, materials and finishes is considered a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in preparing and delivering project presentations.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Availability to travel when required for mock-up reviews and in-store activations.
- Availability to occasionally work overnight, up to approximately five nights per year, to support and coordinate special installations in Sephora flagship stores.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 30.000 This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position.



This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.

On top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies.

This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Sephora in Italy.
