pul liEvaluate products and raw materials against applicable international regulations and customer requirements /li liAssess supplier documentation and chemical composition data to verify compliance /li liSupport preparation and maintenance of product compliance documentation, declarations, technical files, and customer-specific regulatory requirements /li liMonitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on existing and future products /li liIdentify, evaluate, and mitigate potential compliance risks affecting the product portfolio /li liRespond to customer inquiries regarding product composition, regulatory compliance, material safety, and sustainability requirements /li liCoordinate and manage regulatory requests from customers /li liCollaborate with suppliers to obtain, review, and maintain compliance data and supporting documentation /li liAct as a key compliance contact for internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders /li liSupport sustainable sourcing, recyclability, circular economy, and environmental compliance initiatives /li liContribute to product stewardship activities and sustainability-driven projects /li liAssist in evaluating materials against current and emerging sustainability requirements /li liSupport implementation and continuous improvement of product compliance systems and databases /li liAnalyze compliance processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and data quality /li liPromote best practices and help drive a proactive compliance culture across the organization /li liCollaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, regulatory experts,



and international stakeholders across different regions /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related field is required /li liPrevious experience of 1-2 years in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, or a similar role is preferred /li liRecent graduates holding a Master's degree in the above-mentioned fields will also be considered, even without prior professional experience /li liCandidates with a Bachelor's degree and previous experience in the same disciplines may also be considered /li liFamiliarity with product and chemical regulatory requirements, including EU regulations such as REACH, CLP, Cosmetics Regulation, and Food Contact Materials legislation /li liFamiliarity with US regulations such as TSCA, FDA, EPA/state-level chemical programs, FIFRA, Proposition 65, and CPSC requirements /li liFamiliarity with similar international regulatory frameworks /li liExperience with GHS, Dangerous Goods classifications, HTS classifications,



and other material classification schemes /li liKnowledge of emerging global regulatory topics related to PFAS would be considered an advantage /li liAdvanced/Fluent English proficiency is required /li liAbility to interact daily with international stakeholders, participate in global meetings and projects, and prepare technical and regulatory documentation in English /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in product compliance, regulatory affairs, and sustainability initiatives, with a strong focus on international regulations and customer requirements.
