As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. You will be the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and crafting effective insurance programs. This role also includes leading contributing to strategic sales initiatives, and implementing risk management solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
How you create impact Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
Manage a portfolio existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Serve as the primary client contact, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Prepare, present, and manage insurance proposals, endorsements, and renewals
Conduct risk and insurance program reviews, recommending cost-effective solutions
Design, build, and implement comprehensive risk and insurance programs
Identify emerging client needs to inform new product and service development
Ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate errors or omissions
What we would like you to bring Minimum of 10 years in a senior account management role, with business development experience
Registration in the Italian broker register, section B (preferred)
Strong expertise in customer relationship management, consulting, and project management
Analytical, consultative, and solution-oriented approach to client needs
Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English proficiency (preferred)
Ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the time
