La preghiamo di consultare attentamente la panoramica riportata di seguito.Milan, ItalyConstruction | Project Management | Built EnvironmentPermanent / Contract opportunities consideredWe're supporting a leading multidisciplinary design and project consultancy in Milan with the appointment of an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of complex building and real estate projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically capable Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning and pre-construction through delivery, commissioning and final handover.The RoleWorking closely with clients, design teams, contractors and specialist consultants, you'll provide day-to-day leadership and coordination across the project lifecycle.Key responsibilities will include:Managing construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handoverCoordinating multidisciplinary design, construction and consultant teamsManaging project programmes, key milestones and delivery schedulesMonitoring project cost, quality, risk and overall performanceSupporting procurement, tendering and contractor appointment processesManaging client, contractor and stakeholder relationshipsReviewing project progress and identifying potential risks or delaysCoordinating site activities and ensuring delivery aligns with design intent and contractual requirementsManaging variations, changes and project reportingSupporting commissioning, snagging,
