This role will involve promoting coding and organization best practices, auditing development processes and inspecting codebases. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong technical background. Multi-year experience in large-size IT environments is appreciated. /ppstrongROLE AND KEY RESPONSABILITY /strong /pulliPromotion of good practices: advocate for and support the implementation of industry-standard best practices, including unit tests, code reviews, and more; be a contact point for people seeking advice on those topics. /liliAudit of development processes: conduct audits of existing development processes, interacting with teams across different continents. /liliInspection and evaluation of codebases: swiftly examine and evaluate large codebases, identifying shortcomings and possible remediations. /lilistrongCoding /strong: contribute to .NET projects. /li /ulpstrongQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE /strong /pulliProven organizational and communication skills. /liliSenior-level expertise in C# and .NET (about 7 years of experience). /liliKnowledge of SQL and Angular. /liliMid-level proficiency in at least one other major programming language or framework. /liliDeep knowledge of DevOps practices and familiarity with either Azure DevOps or other development platforms. /liliFamiliarity with Azure cloud services. /liliAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team (including agile approaches like scrum and kanban).
