PbPosition Overview /b /ppbr/ppThe bBESS Delivery Service Engineer (Utility Scale) /b is responsible for the execution and lifecycle support of blarge-scale battery energy storage projects /b after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams. /ppThe role manages the btechnical delivery, commissioning, and operational maintenance support /b of utility-scale BESS projects, working closely with EPC contractors, grid operators, and project stakeholders. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/ppb1. Project Handover from Sales / Presales /b /pulliTake over BESS projects from the bsales and presales teams /b after contract signing. /liliReview technical proposals, system configurations, and service scope. /liliConfirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers including: System design, Grid requirements, Performance guarantees, Project schedules，etc /liliEnsure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget. /li /ulpb2. Project Commissioning Planning and Execution /b /pulliManage the bfull lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects /b. /liliCoordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers. Guide EPC for the equipment unloading, installation etc. /liliEnsure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards. /li /ulpb3. Commissioning Grid Integration /b /pulliDevelop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists for BESS projects. /liliConduct commissioning for battery racks, BMS (Battery Management System), PCS (Power Conversion System), EMS (Energy Management System) and MV transformer. /liliValidate integration of electrical, control, and communication systems.
/liliConduct grid compliance and performance verification tests /liliWork with grid operators and technical partners to complete system integration and SAT. /liliWork with technical support teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning. /liliEnsure successful handover to operations. /li /ulpb4. Operations Maintenance Service Management /b /pulliProvide bOM service /b after Commercial Operation Date (COD). /liliCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance on BESS/PCS/EMS /liliPerform remote operations to support maintenance and fault resolution /liliConduct site inspections, diagnostics, and testing using specialist equipment /liliEnsure strict compliance with Health Safety standards and HSE regulations in related countries /liliSupervise subcontractors and ensure quality and compliance of third-party works /liliSupport commissioning, upgrades, and major repairs /liliReview technical documentation and contribute to maintenance procedures, RAMS, and method statements /liliLiaise with OEMs and suppliers on maintenance processes and technical clarifications /liliSupport annual maintenance planning for BESS assets /liliProvide OM Training to customer OM team and subcontractor /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliDegree in bElectrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering /b, or related field. /lilib2–5 years’ experience /b in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects. /liliNecessary Certifications to work on site /liliExperience with blarge-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure /b preferred. /liliStrong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, Energy management systems, High-voltage systems, HSE /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills /b /pulliStrong technical knowledge of bBESS, LV systems, inverters, EMS /b /liliKnowledge of grid compliance and power system integration /liliAbility to manage multiple technical stakeholders /liliStrong problem-solving ability /liliWillingness to travel to project sites /li /ul
