ph3Are you ready to lead the product life cycle in a global company by contributing to the continuous improvement of products and the development of their industrialization? /h3 pWe are seeking a bTeam Leader Engineering Support /b to join the Engineering team in our Product Company, focused on enhancing product maintenance processes, supporting Quality and Project execution, further developing the team within our Product Company, and increasing design effectiveness and industrialization efficiency. /p pOur Engineering Support Team serves as ba bridge between Design and Industrialization /b, with the shared goal of ensuring a high level of technical documentation, safety, and quality of our machines to meet customer needs. bWe are committed to not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations /b across a wide range of air compressor applications, currently using piston, Oil Free scroll, and Oil Injected screw technologies, and aiming to develop future technologies for our products. /p pThe Engineering Support Team consists of Product Engineers who continuously improve product quality, cost efficiency, and product maintenance tools, drawings, Bill of Material, and support the Process Supplier Quality team through specific methodologies, collaboration, and tools. /p pReporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the Engineering team for product maintenance, product trade compliance, identifying potential product improvements, and implementing continuous improvement approaches. /p h3What will you be responsible for as Team Leader Engineering Support? /h3 pBeing responsible for the development of appropriate tools and processes according to the introduction of new design items and machines, and the maintenance of the Current Portfolio. /p pGuaranteeing punctual documentation release of new products with the aim to optimize new design industrialization,



actively supporting the Project Leaders of RD. /p pManaging project priorities, continuous improvement tasks, and quality support to ensure that correct product specifications and technical documentation are followed up. /p pParticipating actively and in a leading role in Product Quality meetings (PQM) and Project Committee meetings (PCM), to bring technical, quality, and cost opportunity projects from feasibility up to industrialization. /p pBeing a strong contributor to Technical Committee Team improvement actions to support Aftersales and Quality Team of the Product Company. Drawings, BOMs, and Technical documentation need to be available, updated, and applied according to Harmonized Regulation. /p pActively promoting proper maintenance of product groupings, CE documentation, trade compliance, and relevant directives, providing reliable reports to ensure that Atlas Copco’s products are designed, built, and maintained as best in class. /p h3What do we expect from you? /h3 pWillingness to grow in team coordination/management and people coaching. /p pDemonstrating a data-driven attitude by consistently using data to support decisions and monitor results. /p pActing with integrity, displaying a clear, structured, and proactive approach. /p pBringing passion, high energy, and resilience to the role—demonstrating a strong drive to lead, inspire, and overcome challenges with a positive and proactive mindset.



/p pHolding an Engineering degree and/or several years of relevant experience. /p pPossessing sound and proven knowledge of machine design environments (CAD tools, PLM, BOM, calculation tools, and machine design theory knowledge, Assembling Tools, Model Base Engineering). Electrical Control System background and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
