Warehouse Shift Leader_Monticelli d'Ongina (PC)

Main Responsibilities:

· Supporting the Operations Manager in process activity;

· Assuring highest care about People management;

· Driving high performances;

· Contributing Continuous Improvement Projects;

· Driving the Team to find new ways to increase quality and profit of the site;

· Keeping aligned SLA and KPIs;

· Maintaining safety and security high level;

· Coaching for his First Line Management Team.

What we need from you:

· At least 4 years of experience of Blue Collars direct management;

· Strong leadership attitude;

· Excellent data collection and analysis skills;

· Flexibility and team player attitude
