You listen to customers, you think from first principles about what they're actually asking for, you go build a rough version, and you put it in front of them quickly. You don't wait for a perfect spec. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. You figure out what's worth building and you prove it.We're looking for someone technical, and AI-fluent who's equally comfortable in a customer conversation and in a code editor.
