Through combining feedback from our class leading athletes and our extensive knowledge of cutting edge materials and advanced ergonomics, we are on a journey to take rider performance and protection to a whole new level.Role OverviewThis position will see you taking on a leadership role in developing and executing the commercial strategy across the assigned distributor network within the EMEA region. You will focus on driving Alpinestars' sales growth, strengthening the brands' positioning, whilst also ensuring market development and maximising business opportunities across the Mountain Bike & Off Road Motorcycle categories.Main ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the EMEA distributor network by building strong relationships, conducting business reviews, and driving sales, profitability, and market share growth.Lead forecasting and inventory planning to ensure accurate demand projections, optimal stock levels, and high product availability across all distributor markets.Drive commercial performance and seasonal sales programs by coordinating pre-book orders, monitoring sales targets,
and maximizing revenue opportunities.Support product category growth through successful launches, assortment planning, market analysis, and providing regional feedback on Off-Road Moto and MTB product performance.Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to deliver strong brand presence, operational efficiency, and distributor performance across EMEA.Skills & ExperienceGenuine passion for motocross, enduro, adventure riding, or mountain biking.Strong knowledge of the EMEA dealer and distributor landscape.Experience with premium performance apparel, protection, footwear, and equipment.Ability to balance commercial growth, operational execution, and inventory management.International business experience and willingness to travel extensively across EMEA.Personal AttributesCommercially driven: Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering sales growth, market share gains, and profitable distributor performance.Relationship builder and influencer: Able to develop trusted partnerships with distributors, align stakeholders, and influence outcomes across different cultures and markets.Analytical and data-driven: Comfortable using sales, inventory, and forecasting data to identify trends, solve problems, and support decision-making.Organised and proactive: Capable of managing multiple markets, product categories, and seasonal deadlines while anticipating issues before they impact the business. xysqume Passionate and resilient: Enthusiastic about the motorcycle and mountain bike industries, with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Other InformationLocation – Asolo, TV (On-site)Compensation Package – From €80,000 (Depending on experience)
