This role is dedicated to ensuring the consistent execution of Golden Goose’s visual identity and retail standards across all our stores throughout the EMEA region. /p pThe Visual Merchandiser EMEA will be a hands‑on executor, responsible for translating global VM guidelines into visually impactful and commercially effective displays that enhance the customer experience across diverse markets. /p h3ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul libRegional VM Strategy Execution: /b Act as the bVisual Merchandiser /b for the EMEA region, adapting global guidelines to meet local market needs, cultural nuances, and commercial priorities. /li libQuality Control: /b Conduct regular store visits and checks to ensure the quality, maintenance, and consistency of all visual displays and props meet Golden Goose's luxury standards. /li libLocal Adaptation: /b Support the adaptation of global VM guidelines to respect local market needs and cultural nuances while maintaining brand consistency. /li libReporting Documentation: /b Provide comprehensive photo reports, feedback, and documentation on the execution of VM initiatives and local market activities to the Global VM Team. /li libTraining Coaching: /b Develop and lead VM training sessions for local store teams, ensuring a consistent understanding and execution of product placement, mannequin styling, and display techniques. /li libCommunication: /b Work closely with the retail teams and Area Managers to ensure VM strategies align with regional commercial goals. /li libProp Management:
/b Assist in the inventory and distribution of VM props and tools within the region. /li /ul h3KEY REQUIREMENTS ADDITONAL SKILLS /h3 ul liA minimum of 1 -3 years of hands‑on experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the Luxury Retail or premium fashion sector. Experience covering multiple markets is a strong plus. /li liA sharp aesthetic eye and a strong passion for the Golden Goose brand DNA and the ability to execute displays that reflect our unique "perfect imperfection" philosophy. /li liStrong practical skills in styling, display setup, and working with fixtures. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools for reporting and photo documentation. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store teams from different cultures. /li liFluency in English (written and spoken). /li liHighly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team. /li liWillingness and ability to undertake frequent travel across the EMEA territory as required for store support and openings. /li /ul pFor this role, the estimated base salary range is €30.000 - €40.000 gross/year /p pWe value your unique journey; your final compensation will be evaluated based on your skills, experience, and potential to grow with us. /p pWe are an equal opportunity employer and passionately believe that our strength lies in our people'syouniqueness.
