And you could be part of it. /p pThe Transportation Operations Manager is responsible for managing yard operations in coordination with the site's Dock, Inbound, and Outbound teams to ensure first in, first out (FIFO) processing and mitigate risks of impact on the customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in transportation operations and excellent project management skills. They have the ability to lead and mentor people, analyze data, and make relevant recommendations in an often ambiguous environment. One of the key responsibilities of this role is to standardize and improve processes while analyzing and eliminating root causes of defects in current systems. This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence change. /p pThe applicable collective agreement (CCNL) for this role is Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione. The position is classified at Level 1 or above, depending on the candidate’s skills, competences and experience. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul lipCollaborate with Site leadership to improve the punctuality of inbound and outbound trucks, as well as safety and customer experience metrics /p /li lipStreamline communication between the Site, the Network Operations Center, and carriers to optimize truck flow in the yard, ensuring on-time arrivals and departures /p /li lipResponsible for reporting yard performance to local Site leadership, identifying root causes of structural issues,
