ppbADMA Partners /b is an independent financial advisory firm assisting companies, groups, families, public institutions and investment funds in extraordinary finance transactions: mergers acquisitions, debt advisory and restructuring, and capital markets transactions (IPOs, delistings, minibond issuances, etc.). /p pADMA is part of the international network, bSocius Global /b. /p pWe are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our team and support execution activities on MA and financial advisory transactions. /p pThe Analyst will work on acquisitions, disposals, mergers and capital raising processes, liaising with clients, external advisors and multidisciplinary internal teams, and will contribute to the preparation of financial analyses, marketing materials and transaction documentation. /p h3What you will be doing: /h3 ul lisupporting the execution of sell-side and buy-side MA transactions; /li libuilding and updating financial models (DCF, comparable company analysis, LBO); /li lianalysing financial and business data to prepare transaction documents (financial modelling, info memos, investment memoranda, teasers, management presentations); /li licoordinating operational activities related to due diligence processes; /li limarket research and industry analysis; /li limanaging relationships with clients, counterparties and the other advisors involved. /li /ul h3The profile we are looking for:
