It is also a leading supplier of equipment, systems, and processes for water disinfection and filtration. /ppDe Nora is committed to developing unconventional solutions to achieve the energy transition to decarbonization, the green hydrogen economy, and clean water for everyone. /ppWatch the video to discover more: /ppbr / /ppThe strongFacility Management Intern /strong will support the Facility Manager in planning, organizing, and completing assigned tasks/projects, in accordance with the budget and the deadlines. /ppbr / /ppDaily activities will focus on: /pulliManaging buildings and services relevant to the company's operations: offices, facilities, canteen, security /liliSupport in defining schedules and procedures for building and facility maintenance /liliSupport in supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of systems: heating and air conditioning systems, electrical, water, fire protection, gas, and compressed air systems,
and all aspects of facility maintenance /liliSupport in managing construction sites and sites under construction /liliPerforming administrative tasks (entering RDA data into the management system) /liliCreating reports for budget and consumption analysis /liliDrawing with AutoCAD for design /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDiploma in Surveyor or Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering/Architecture /liliKnowledge of Office and Autocad (mandatory) /liliKnowledge of the English language and Italian language for non-native speakers (B2 level) /liliKnowledge of REVIT (preferred) /liliGood communication and collaboration skills. /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulli6 months internship with structured on-the-job training. /liliDynamic environment. /liliMonthly reimbursement: €1,000. /liliCompany canteen. /liliLocation: Milan /liliHybrid working policy: 2 days per week. /li /ulpbr / /ppWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride of our diverse and inclusive environment.
