The position includes hybrid office/field work and frequent travel in Italy and abroad, including assignments aboard cargo and passenger vessels. /ppThe successful candidate will provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and technical support for marine environmental systems, including: /pulliExhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (Scrubbers) /liliSelective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems /liliBallast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS) /liliGas analysers, water-analysis equipment, and related instrumentation /li /ulpKey responsibilities include diagnosing electrical, electronic, automation, mechanical, and fluid-system issues; performing calibrations and compliance checks; supporting vessel crews and customers; preparing accurate service reports; and collaborating with customer-service and project teams on retrofit and improvement projects. /ppbr / /ppQualifications /ppThe ideal candidate has experience in field service, commissioning, troubleshooting, or preventive maintenance of industrial or marine equipment. /ppRequirements include:
/pulliTechnical diploma or degree in electrical, electronic, mechatronic, automation, mechanical, or naval engineering. /liliGood knowledge of electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, measurement equipment, electrical drawings, and PIDs. /liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently in the field. /liliPrevious experience in the marine sector is preferred; relevant industrial-plant experience will also be considered. /liliExperience with Scrubbers, SCR, BWTS, gas analysers, or environmental monitoring systems is an advantage. /liliGood written and spoken technical English. /liliStrong customer-service attitude and ability to communicate effectively with international customers and onboard personnel. /liliAvailability for frequent national and international travel. /liliCommitment to safety, quality, accuracy, and teamwork. /li /ulpWhat We Offer /pullipermanent employment. contract under the Italian Metalworking Collective Agreement /liliCompensation package based on experience, including travel allowances. /liliContinuous technical training on marine environmental systems and related technologies. /liliThe opportunity to work on international projects in a growing company focused on sustainable marine solutions. /liliInitial fixed-term contract under the Italian Metalworking Collective Agreement, with a concrete opportunity for permanent employment. /liliCompensation package based on experience, including travel allowances. /liliContinuous technical training on marine environmental systems and related technologies. /liliThe opportunity to work on international projects in a growing company focused on sustainable marine solutions. /li /ul
