As the Quality & EHS Manager at our Tribogna Service Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality repair operations across the Service Europe & Africa Repairs organization. Your day will involve partnering with operational teams, customers, and leadership to maintain robust Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement. From leading audits and managing quality non-conformities to conducting risk assessments and implementing safety initiatives, you will be at the forefront of protecting our people, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the local Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and corporate requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and manage non-conformities through effective root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Oversee quality assurance activities for compression repair services, ensuring products and services meet the highest quality standards before delivery.
- Drive compliance with Italian Environmental, Health & Safety legislation, including D.Lgs. 81/08, as well as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Conduct operational risk assessments and develop procedures that support a proactive, zero-harm safety culture across the service center.
- Investigate EHS incidents, implement corrective actions, and monitor key safety performance indicators.
- Coordinate and lead internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring ongoing audit readiness and successful certification outcomes.
- Partner with local management and regional stakeholders to report quality and safety performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize service center operations, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and mitigate operational risks.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement while strengthening customer confidence and business performance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Additional qualifications in Quality Management, Environmental Management, or Occupational Health & Safety are an advantage.
- Proven experience in Quality Management and EHS leadership within a manufacturing, repair,
industrial service, or heavy machinery environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
- ASPP qualification under Italian legislation.
- Solid understanding of Italian EHS regulations, particularly D.Lgs. 81/08.
- Experience conducting internal, external, and customer audits.
- Expertise in Root Cause Analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Why, RCA) and CAPA processes.
- Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing customer quality issues and complaint resolution processes.
- Professional fluency in both Italian and English.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 40.000 - € 55.000 gross per year.
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labor market.
