We are looking for a PMO &

- Change Manager to join our Strategy &
- Transformation Department.

The successful candidate will support the governance and monitoring of the company's strategic initiatives portfolio, helping to ensure alignment with business priorities and successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization. This role combines portfolio management and monitoring, organizational change management and stakeholder engagement activities, contributing to the execution of KRUK's strategic transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

PMO - Portfolio Governance &

- Monitoring

- Support the governance and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Consolidate portfolio information and ensure visibility of initiative status, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards and portfolio reviews.
- Ensure consistency in the application of project and portfolio management methodologies and standards.

Change Management &

- Transformation Support

- Support the implementation of change management activities associated with strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption plans.
- Help monitor organizational readiness and adoption indicators.
- Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and cross-functional meetings.
- Promote the adoption of new ways of working,



governance models and transformation practices.

Frameworks Improvement &

- Capability Building

- Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO and Change Management frameworks.
- Support knowledge sharing and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to increase organizational effectiveness and alignment.

Experience And Competencies

- 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, Consulting or similar environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio governance and organizational change management methologies (PMI, PROSCI, Kotter).
- Analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Fluent Italian and English.

Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Engineering or relevant fields. Nice to Have: PROSCI or CMAP certification

- PfMP®, PgMP® or other PMI certification.
